Key Responsibilities:

• Program/Project Management : Lead and manage multiple projects under a single program, with a focus on Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud implementations, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, scope, and schedule expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management : Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, resources, and deliverables, collaborating with ASDM (Application Service Delivery Manager), Account Managers, and customer leadership teams to resolve any challenges.
• Customer & Stakeholder Communication : Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on program/project progress, risks, and key milestones.
