About the Role
**Contingent Upon Award** Location: Luanda, Angola Position: Program Manager Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM) to serve as the primary, day-to-day interface with a foreign Ministry of Defense (MOD) for a high-visibility defense vehicle program.
The PM will act as the single, on-the-ground representative responsible for managing all aspects of in-country program execution, coordination of support activities, and fostering a strong relationship with the host nation’s military leadership and logistics personnel.
Key Responsibilities: Serve as the principal in-country liaison between ITC Defense, the U.S.-based program team, and the foreign Ministry of Defense (MOD).
Provide overall leadership and management of program execution, ensuring cost, schedule, technical, and performance objectives are achieved in accordance with contract requirements.
