Program Lead, Risk Management

The Role

Capco is seeking a Program Lead, Risk Management to support strategic Capital Markets risk and controls transformation initiatives. This role will focus on evolving and modernizing future‑state risk‑centric operating models across the Capital Markets lifecycle, ensuring frameworks are design‑led, desk‑tailored, and built to address existing and emerging risks. You will lead complex transformation initiatives focused on strengthening governance, enhancing controls, and identifying operational, structural, and technology risks across front‑to‑back business processes.

This role is ideal for an experienced Capital Markets consultant with strong risk management expertise and a deep understanding of enterprise transformation within financial services environments.
