Program Lead – Digital & Cards Banking

Experience required: Maximum and not exceeding 14 years of experience (Strictly not more than 14 years of Experience)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Lead to drive strategic initiatives in the Digital and Cards Banking domain within a leading banking environment.

• Strong experience in Digital Banking & Cards Banking (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong techno functional understanding (business + technology alignment, not purely technical)
• Experience in program governance and stakeholder management
• Strong hands‑on experience with MS Project for planning and tracking

You will lead end‑to‑end program execution, ensure strong governance, manage cross‑functional teams, and drive successful delivery of key banking initiatives.
