We are looking for Program Lead to takeownership of individual program tracks. This is not a passive teachingrole—this is a leadership position where you will run, build, and evolvea program from the ground up.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and manage a specific afterschool program (e.g., esports, video editing, social media, etc.)
• Plan and execute structured sessions for students (curriculum + activities)
• Manage instructors or assistants where applicable
• Ensure student engagement, retention, and overall experience quality
• Track attendance, performance, and program outcomes
