Kandalore is seeking a full-time, year-round Program Director for its Outdoor Education Centre in Algonquin Highlands. Your role will involve supervising staff, developing and planning engaging programs, and ensuring high-quality experiences for school groups from September to June. With over 30 years of experience hosting visitors, you will play a key part in maintaining this tradition through strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive program schedules
• Arrange accommodations and meal logistics
• Supervise and manage staff duties
• Maintain program equipment and inventory
• Conduct evaluations and lead staff meetings
