About the Role
The Program Design Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end execution, tracking, and monitoring of offline marketing activities, on-ground initiatives, and channel-driven programs. The role ensures accurate documentation, budget alignment, program coordination, and compliance with brand and channel strategies. This position requires strong analytical skills, creativity in designing program mechanics, and a high level of attention to detail to support efficient and compliant execution.
1. Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of all channel and brand programs, including documentation, work plan recommendations, approvals, stock allocation, and cascading guidelines.
