About the Role
The Program Design Supervisor leads the planning, execution, monitoring, and optimization of offline marketing initiatives, field activations, merchandising deployments, and channel programs. The role ensures program alignment with brand and business objectives, effective budget utilization, and consistent operational excellence across on-ground executions. The Lead also drives innovation in offline program mechanics and improves end-to-end processes. The role also serves as a consultant for marketing partnerships co-designing agreements alongside the Marketing Partnership Lead and takes ownership of projects requiring Mandarin language support.
