**Job Description**
The Production Worker prepares batches of paint, sealants, and coatings in a fast-paced production environment by accurately following ingredient lists and operating machinery to complete each batch. This hybrid role supports multiple areas of production, including batching, mixing, machine start-up, container filling, and preparing finished products for shipment, while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**

+ Prepare batches of paint, sealants, and coatings by following ingredient lists and ensuring the correct ingredients and quantities are used for each batch.
+ Set up, start up, and operate production machinery safely and efficiently to mix and complete each batch.
