Partial set-up and mixing of compounds to predetermine specifications Read and understand specification sheets Set up and maintain production pace and set up and weigh oils required to run each compound Document all material and compound traceability Consistent heavy lifting, occasionally exceeding 50 pounds Periodically transport products using a lift truck Factory or Manufacturing experience is preferred Must be able to perform set ups Must have the ability to read and understand specification sheets The ability to operate a lift truck to transport products is needed
