Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and storing administrative inventory, managing stock levels, and conducting regular audits.
- Maintaining safety equipment. E.g. First aid kits, fire extinguishers.
- Involved in identifying and participating in miscellaneous procurement and liaison with Finance.
- Perform tasks and other duties including manual tasks as required and/or as directed by Production Manager.
- Assisting new hires on board and managing general facilities area, such as water dispenser/lockers/rack.
- Notify Production Manager immediately of any events or conditions which put at risk the company objectives, requirements and policies including quality, safety and environmental related issues.
- Expansion roles to support Production in terms of WIP transfer and assembling line.
