Responsibilities
- Provide critical 24 7 support for banking applications ensuring minimal downtime and swift resolution of production incidents.
- Proactively monitor application performance and system health using advanced tools to detect and prevent potential issues before they impact users.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems across various banking systems, including trading platforms, payment gateways, and core banking applications.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to deploy application changes and patches, meticulously managing release cycles and rollback procedures.
- 3–7 years of experience in Production Support within the Banking domain.
- Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Systems such as Sysarc, Intellect, and Oracle-based solutions.
- Hands‑on experience with Unix/Linux, Oracle Database, WebSphere, Java, AWS, and REST APIs.
