Production Supervisor- Weekend shift

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direct supervision to hourly associates on the weekend 12‑hour shift (Saturday: 6am to 6pm; Sunday: 5pm to 6am). This includes training associates, validating training booklets, and managing the performance of direct reports.
• Involvement and leadership in Continuous Improvement Programs to achieve productivity improvements.
• Follow up on actionable items with the team.
• Facilitate LOTO training.
• Take lead in SWP and risk assessments.
• Oversee product quality and take proactive steps in managing complaints and addressing quality related CAPAs.
• Attend meetings with the Union, hourly associates and Human resources when required.
• Make recommendations regarding line improvements.
