About the Role
Are you ready to lead with purpose and drive results? Kellanova is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Rome, Georgia plant and lead our night shift team 4:30 PM – 5:30 AM. This is an on-site role where you’ll be at the heart of our production operations, ensuring smooth execution and high performance.
You’ll be guiding a dedicated team of hourly employees, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
