Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations and personnel


• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards


• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed


• Train and mentor production staff


• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback


• Collaborate with other departments to resolve production issues


• Maintain accurate production records and reports


• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency


• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of equipment


• Address employee concerns and enforce company policies

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering, Sciences or any related course.


• At least two (2) years related work experience in Production Supervision and Production management gained from manufacturing firms
