About the Role
**Job Purpose and Impact**
Production Supervisor responsible to supervise a team of operators and helpers in managing daily mill operations in alignment with designated production targets, quality standards, and Cargill’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) regulations. The role is responsible for maximizing production capacity and yield while minimizing downtime, optimizing product quality, overseeing and enhancing the operator cross-training program, and fostering effective communication and motivation to build a strong, collaborative team.

+ Assist in executing routine operations within the assigned area, ensuring all reporting complies with policies and procedures related to employee safety and food/feed safety.
