EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
- Professional or technical qualifications.
- 2-3 years of experience as a supervisor or personnel leader.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS
- English 50%
- Knowledge of manufacturing/assembly processes.
- Basic knowledge of problem-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8Ds).

- Fluency in communication, good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Windows (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
