About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve optimal performance
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Experience in a supervisory role within a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite
