Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering is required

Work experience of 3 years in any manufacturing industry is desired

Experience in manufacturing of nails (paco), screws, or industries that operate wire drawing machines is highly preferred

Proven experience as hands-on supervisor

Should be detail oriented, fast learner, and adaptive to a fast-paced work environment

Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Should be willing to be hands on



Responsibilities:

Performs hands-on work in the extrusion of welding electrodes

Supervise and lead the team in the machine line

Conduct regular maintenance (e.g. greasing) of machines and equipment

Ensure all subordinates adhere to safety policies
