Job Description
Lead a team of manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets. Follow cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards at all times. Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement projects & RPA. Comply with company policies, EHS requirements, and industry regulations Perform other duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations
Qualifications
Fresh graduate with a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is encouraged to apply Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge in Programming or Robotic Process Automation will be added advantage.
