Production Planning Supervisor

Production Planning Supervisor located in Guadalajara, North Campus. The role involves overseeing procurement of direct planning materials, parts, and assisting materials and production functions.

• Guide order processing activities for major customer units.
• Advise non‑exempt associates regarding day‑to‑day priority of customer requests.
• Serve as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order dedication, order expedites, and problem resolution.
• Monitor and proactively address issues that impact performance to dedicated ship‑date time, reply time, and inventory goals.
• Coordinate and manage high‑visibility and/or important customer programs, including initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.
• Coordinate with Master Scheduler to manage product life‑cycle and related material availability issues.
