About the Role
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare production schedule.
- Tracks the availability of WIP, raw materials and other requirements.
- Analyze production capacity.
- Monitor the execution of production schedule and resolve any potential issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues to Manager for resolution.
- Investigate nonconformance to On Time and In Full delivery commitment, analyze root cause and provide solutions.
- Analyze master file on delivery commitments.
- Coordinate with Material Planner and other Production Planner on the availability of raw materials and WIP.
- Recommends process improvement.
- Coordinate and resolve with Sales counterpart all delivery status and issues encountered.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
