About the Role
- Perform various production operations, including incoming wafer inspection, Pick and Place (Die Sorter and Manual PNP), and inking.
- Ensure timely shipment in accordance with the KGD demand report.
- Willing to work overtime on off days to meet shipment deadlines.
Job Requirements
- Willing to work 12-hour night shifts .
- Able to support overtime as required .
- No prior experience required training will be provided.
- Immediate availability to start work.
- Contract: 3 months (extension subject to business needs).
