Production Manager (Rendering)

The Rendering Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the rendering processes, ensuring efficient and compliant rendering operations to convert poultry waste into valuable products such as animal feed ingredients, fats and proteins. The primarily focus of the job incumbent is to optimize production efficiency, maintaining the plant operational efficiency and equipment effectiveness, meeting the quality and safety standards, and ensuring environmental compliance.

Rendering Operations Management

• Manager daily rendering processes, ensuring optimal recovery of proteins, fats, and meal products.
• Monitor raw material intake, ensuring proper handling, storage, and processing to prevent contamination.
• Optimize equipment performance and troubleshooting operational issues to minimize downtime.
