We are seeking a hands‑on and experienced Production Manager to join our manufacturing client’s team in Bellville. The successful candidate will be responsible for all activities regarding production.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Overseeing Milling, Packaging & Mixing operations
• Achieving production and extraction targets
• Minimizing downtime and maximizing plant efficiency
• Leading, training, and performance‑managing production teams
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and plant safety compliance
• Overseeing maintenance schedules
• Managing production materials and ingredients stock levels
• Driving bran sales to prevent overstock
• Recruitment of sufficient and competent staff in a cost‑effective manner
• Goal setting and goal management of department
