Role Summary

Production Manager (including raw material and pest control management)

Responsibilities

• Purchased raw materials are received at the agreed quality (as per grading regulations and supplier agreements) and as per company receiving procedures.
• Raw material is stored in an optimal manner with zero infestation so as to be available for production when needed.
• Raw material handling and storage equipment and facilities are properly maintained.
• A policy of zero tolerance for all aspects of pest control is implemented for the entire site.
• Milling: Accountable for ensuring that the process in the mill is managed from raw material intake, conditioning, degermination, basic maintenance and milling quality product as per agreed specification.
