Production Manager

Brief Job Description

The Production Manager is responsible for leading and managing overall plant production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with food safety standards. The role oversees production planning, manpower management, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet company targets for output, cost, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee all production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Lead, manage, and develop Production Officers, Supervisors, and line personnel.
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
• Coordinate with QA, R&D, Warehouse, Procurement, and Logistics teams for seamless operations.
• Oversee troubleshooting of production issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare and present production reports, KPIs, and operational updates to senior management.
