Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Façade Production Manager to oversee and manage the manufacturing of windows façade systems. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Manage day-to-day façade production operations (doors, windows, aluminum, glass, ACP, unitized systems, etc.)
Plan production schedules and ensure timely execution of projects
Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials)
Ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
