Production Manager

The Production Manager plans, directs, organizes and manages the various functional activities and resources of the production department to ensure effective and efficient operation in order to meet production KPIs within budgeted costs satisfying the product quality, delivery schedules, safety environmental requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Leads the production team and aligns daily plant operations with company goals, quality standards, and service agreements.
• Monitors operational performance across different areas to fix deviations and ensure smooth, integrated workflows.
