Opal Fibre Packaging provides a full service offering in corrugated cardboard box packaging from design and product testing through to supply chain integration. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Production Manager to join the team at our site in Revesby (NSW).

Reporting to the Revesby Site Manager, the key focus of this role will be to:

• Manage production across teams across three shifts, with 5 direct reports and approx. 100 indirect reports
• Driving forward load planning to align production capacity with customer demand
