Production Manager

**What you will do it**:
Manages and directs product engineering initiatives in the plant efficiently, in accordance with corporate policies, procedures and specifications, to produce within the parameters of quality and target cost.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams to ensure that new product launches and current product enhancements are incorporated into specifications and procedures so that they meet the process requirements for introducing new products.
Collaborates with all departments of the plant in the identification and solution of problems related to suppliers, product or process.
