An established manufacturing and recycling operation is seeking an experienced Production Foreman to support the management of production processes, supervise teams, ensure compliance with SHEQ standards, and drive operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with strong supervisory experience in a production or industrial environment. Responsibilities Supervise daily production activities and ensure targets are achieved. Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions. Train, guide, and support production staff. Conduct trials and gather production data. Maintain accurate production and furnace activity records. Support other shift foremen when required. Ensure flux requirements are accurately calculated and issued. Monitor and maintain baghouse cleaning and lime dosing processes.
