We are seeking a Principal Production Executive (Mumbai) to drive production strategy and execution for Hindi language Original series (scripted/unscripted) and Movies across India. This role requires deep production expertise, strategic budget management, strong industry relationships across Hindi markets, and the ability to influence production standards and practices across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Influence
• Drives production strategy across high-complexity projects, influencing partner teams' and organizational goals
• Shapes decision-making on territory expansion, production execution strategy, and resource allocation
• Influences leadership, including Production Company Executives, Studio leadership, and creative partners
• Defines and evolves production standards, policies, and best practices for the region
