JOB DESCRIPTION Lead production engineering and maintenance teams within the OHC value stream to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations by driving equipment availability, process stability, and continuous improvement. Define and execute maintenance strategy (preventive/predictive) to ensure high equipment reliability Oversee uptime maximization & machine availability through structured problem solving and root cause analysis Work closely with the production manager to proactively drive escalations in manufacturing to secure supply towards our customers Drives Capex optimization for recurring manufacturing investments to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
