Production Engineer

Job Summary The Production Engineer supports and optimizes daily electroplating operations to ensure consistent product quality, efficient production flow, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. The role requires strong knowledge of plating processes, chemical bath control, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities 1. Process Parameter Control Perform daily checks on all process parameters (temperature, pH, current, bath levels, flow, pump condition).
Audit operators to ensure each process step is carried out according to specification and SOP.
Train operators on proper equipment usage: valve operation, pump priming and air-trap checks, chiller operation, and basic line troubleshooting.
Ensure timely correction actions when deviations are found.
