Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth daily production operations and worker welfare support. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Monitoring, checking, and collecting all incoming rebar documentation from suppliers and customers at the production receiving area, ensuring proper sorting and immediate issuance of work orders to the production supervisor. Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining relevant data in the system. Managing worker timesheets and calculating overtime. Preparing threading reports and handling dormitory-related matters. Coordinating worker training such as Multiskill, Coretrade, CSOC, and OFAC. Booking clinic appointments for workers and assisting them with leave and medical certificate updates in the Times system. Supporting workers with air ticket arrangements and arrival card assistance when needed. Updating the training plan matrix and submitting monthly worker working hours to HR Malaysia.
