Production Controller

Job Description

The Production Controller will provide direct Production Control support to the Production team to drive schedule performance. They will provide a look ahead to the upcoming work scope, and track completion of work. They will ensure all material is onsite to achieve schedule and monitor the amount of work in progress and late items. They will work with cross functional departments to drive results and resolve roadblocks.

Responsibilities

• Each Production Controller is assigned a group of Supervisors that are responsible to provide work to support their crew and drive the schedule.
• Issue Job Packages to Production by accepting within AVEVA and submitting the Print request to Document Control.
• Order the material to support the Job Packages in Production working directly with the warehouse to meet scheduled material delivery dates. Includes managing, splitting, and modifying material lists (DRL’s) to ensure Product...
