Product Training Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager in the Middle East Region who can independently design and execute training programs for the sales teams of general agents or distributors, including but not limited to new product launch training and regular distributor training.

Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute training programs for the sales teams of general agents or distributors, including but not limited to new product launch training and regular distributor training.
• Responsible for developing localized training courseware and materials, combining the training resources provided by headquarters.
• In charge of training for the general agent or distributor within the management area shall ensure the timely implementation and progress of various training programs.
• Monitor the training status of frontline staff in each general agent area in real time to ensure that frontline staff complete the necessary training....
