About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:
  • Involvement in vehicle navigation and project commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting
  • On-site hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Work closely with the customer’s engineering team to provide technical consultation and on- and off-site support
  • Advise customers/dealers for all warranty issues
  • Conduct technical investigation and ensure prompt closure
  • Review technical challenges and propose suitable technical solutions
  • Liaise with factory central support team to address product support issues
  • Provide technical training to dealers/customers
  • Provide technical training to internal technical staff
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Education & Experience
  • Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering, or
  • Diploma in Engineering field with 10 years of working experience
