Responsibilities
- Champions process enhancements or enhancing processes for scale.
- Champions after sales support while working with cross-functional teams from GCash to enable support teams to understand new product launches and marketing promotions and address inquiries.
- Drive process and policies documentation and enhancement based on insights and customer feedback (internal or external).
- Focuses on launch readiness of product/s handled and building and ensures it remains compliant with policies and regulations.
- Ensures high quality product service levels and reporting i.e. minimizes transaction errors and partner reporting issues.
- Coordinates with enterprise sales, commercial enablement, operations, trade assurance, and other teams outside the commercial group (eg. CXM, Finance, BA, Tech & Ops), either directly or in collaboration with the product managers to ensure business objectives are met.
