Product Manager – Integrations Squad
You will own the product work for our integrations domain, covering ERP, HRIS, billing, and data‑warehouse connectors powered by our integration platform partners and direct APIs. You will drive discovery, define solutions, and ensure our growing connector ecosystem reliably serves hundreds of customers.
Responsibilities
Own integration discovery and delivery: Research customer and partner needs for new connectors. Write detailed specs for new integrations (platform connectors, provider APIs, direct integrations), working with engineering to ship them iteratively.
Manage the integration knowledge base: Keep internal and customer‑facing documentation accurate and up to date. Act as the squad's subject‑matter expert for connector capabilities, limitations, and configuration.
