Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager with deep expertise in collateral management, margin processes, and regulatory frameworks to drive product strategy, system enhancements, and operational efficiency across our collateral platforms. The role requires strong collaboration with Front Office, Treasury, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that optimize collateral usage and ensure compliance with global regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Exposure & Margin Management
  • Analyze daily counterparty exposures across OTC derivatives, repos, securities lending, and prime brokerage portfolios.
  • Support the calculation and validation of Initial Margin (IM), Variation Margin (VM), and collateral calls.
