We are looking for a talented Test Engineer to join our team specializing as Commercial Vehicle Brake Test Engineer for Cummins in Cwmbran test laboratory, UK .
Working hours: MondayThursday: 07:3016:00, Friday: 07:3012:30
This is an on-site role with no hybrid working due to the requirement for daily hands-on interaction with laboratory test rigs.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Support the operation and ongoing development of torque rigs within the Cwmbran commercial brake testing laboratory, ensuring safe, accurate and reliable test execution.
Undertake a structured one-to-one knowledge transfer and shadowing programme with the retiring role holder to ensure effective succession and continuity of rig ownership.
Review incoming test requests to confirm that required parameters and values are within rig capabilities, liaising with test requestors ...
