Job Description
- Own CPU product engineering activities from new silicon bring-up to mass production (MP), ensuring schedule, quality, and manufacturability targets.
- Drive silicon validation and characterization for CPU-related features: functional checks, voltage/frequency characterization, PVT coverage, corner/limit testing.
- Analyze and resolve CPU-related issues across the lifecycle: lab debug, failure reproduction, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Partner with Design/DFT/PD/QA/Manufacturing teams on:
- Test plan definition (CP/FT coverage, screening, guard-banding)
- Bin/speed grading strategy, fuse/trim settings (if applicable)
- Yield, reliability, and quality improvement (parametric outliers, systematic defects, escapes)
- Develop and maintain production test flows and data-driven dashboards: test limits, baselines, monitoring, and excursion handling.
