Job Description
- End-to-End Product Lifecycles: Direct and supervise the entire product development pipeline from initial conceptualization, market research, and raw material sourcing, through to prototype sampling, factory pilot runs, and mass production.
- NPI Pipeline & Stage-Gate Management: Formulate and manage structured New Product Introduction (NPI) roadmaps, utilizing rigorous stage-gate systems to ensure all cross-functional checkpoints—including costings, safety, and operational feasibility—are met on schedule.
- Sourcing & Factory Collaboration: Partner closely with Global Procurement to identify, vet, and build strategic relationships with top-tier domestic and international original equipment manufacturers (OEM/ODM), managing technical specifications and quality benchmarks.
