Roles and Responsibilities

• Assists in the development, enhancement, and implementation of Parametric and Crop Insurance products to support agricultural and microinsurance initiatives.
• Conducts product orientation, training sessions, and educational activities for internal teams, partners, and stakeholders on Parametric and Crop Insurance products.
• Provides technical support and guidance related to Parametric Insurance products, crop insurance programs, and agricultural risk solutions.
• Supports the design and review of product features, policy guidelines, and operational processes to ensure product effectiveness and market relevance.
• Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders regarding product implementation, product concerns, and agricultural insurance-related activities.
