Product Development Executive

Role Overview We are seeking a highly independent, responsible, and detail‑oriented New Product Development (NPD) Executive to support the development, testing, and launch of pet food products. This role requires strong organisational skills, ownership of tasks, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Support end‑to‑end new product development for pet food, from concept to launch
• Coordinate product trials, test batches, and formulation adjustments
• Work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams on specifications, timelines, and quality requirements
