Product & Workflow Design
- Lead end-to-end design for complex features such as workflow automation, AI Agents, schema builders, and validation engines.
- Convert ambiguous requirements into clear wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and hi-fi UI.
Service Design & Systems Thinking
- Map end-to-end enterprise workflows, backstage operational processes, and dependencies.
- Translate these insights into scalable UX patterns that reduce complexity and improve automation reliability.
- Work with Solutions/CS to diagnose customer pain points and convert them into product requirements.
Pattern Architecture & Design Foundations
- Partner with the Lead Product Designer to define reusable patterns for schema logic, rules engines, validations, joins, and multi-file workflows.
