Your Responsibilities
Assist in leading the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs
Conduct competitive analysis and understand user motivations to inform design solutions
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and work closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality
Measure the effectiveness of design solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods and iterate based on feedback
Enhance user experience through refined interaction design and visual aesthetics
Contribute to the evolution of design processes within the team
Participate in recruitment and key decision-making activities within the product design team
