Tiercon is seeking an experienced Product Designer to support product design elements within the APQP process. This role requires proficiency in 3D CAD modeling (NX8, CATIA5) and involvement in design reviews and FMEA meetings. You will act as a liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring that design goals align with expectations while being flexible to travel to various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support new product development in APQP processes
• Design improvements for existing products and processes
• Create and revise 3D CAD models and drawings
• Participate in concept design and design reviews
• Conduct verification and validation of designs
Requirements:
• Mechanical diploma/degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in NX and CATIA 5 CAD software
